There is a problem with my Cricut.com / Design Space order

If there is a problem with a Cricut.com or Design Space order you just placed, please contact Customer Care immediately via phone or live chat.

 

Some Tips:

  • Cricut Access purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, you can cancel the auto-renewal.
  • You can use only one promo code per order.
  • Free shipping codes are applicable only for the continental US, via FedEx Home Delivery (minimum order amount varies with codes).
  • If you get any message similar to "No shipping quotes available" while placing an order:
    • Unselect the "ship to this address" box and reselect, OR 
    • manually input the shipping address 
  • Store Credits cannot be used:
    • For physical items
    • In Design Space
    • For iOS in-App purchases
    • For purchasing Cricut Access
    • For shipping and taxes
